Hello!
For the past 7/8 months I have been attempting to call myself a ‘runner’.
I’ve done the odd few races over the last few years and even managed to run my first ever marathon in April 2013 (don’t be fooled….I’ll go into that later!), however I just don’t seem to be able to grasp this whole natural running malarkey.
In a bid to increase my motivation, and what with today being another one of those ‘As of today I’m going to start training properly‘ days, I thought I’d start keeping a blog to share my good days and bad days and keep a check on my progress!
So here goes…..
